Our comprehensive inspection is a very thorough in-depth visual interpretation of the property.
We locate, evaluate, find the source of the defect, take pictures and report in a very detailed but easy-to-understand narrative.
Always included with our home inspection is a termite/pest inspection, a recall check on all appliances staying with the property, a 90-day warranty on structure, plumbing, and mold, and a 5-year roof leak warranty
We also offer a pay-at-close option, for a very small fee the client can wait and pay for the inspection at closing, add the cost of the inspection into the closing costs, and not be out of pocket for the inspection.

Kevin McManaway, owner/inspector, has been licensed with Kentucky since 2010 and Indiana since 2012, completing a combined 30 hours of continuing education every year to stay informed for his clients. As of today, he is one of only 6 Certified Master Inspectors in the state of Kentucky, rest assured knowing your largest purchase will be thoroughly inspected to the highest standards.
